Default Random misfire at high loads

Im getting random knock, especially at higher loads and feel its a sensor or maybe ground. My question is what order should I follow in diagnosing/ replacing sensors?
Ive replaced plugs/wires and replaced MAF sensor with known good unit. I have a 5.3 that I can trade sensors with.

Make up your mind, is it knocking or is it misfiring?

What it cant do both??*? Its missing badly, all on bank 2. Its also showing knock. Ive now replaced plugs, wires, coil pack on b2, 02 sensors, maf, map with no change. Could a faulty crank or cam sensor be causing this issue?

Could be a coil going bad. Swap it to a different cylinder to see if the problem follows. If it does, then you've found your issue.

If not, keep looking.

How did the plugs that you pulled out of Bank 2 look? Any signs of oil ingestion or excessive fuel from the plug not firing?

They looked really close to the plugs on bank 1. I changed out crank sensor with no luck. Last sensor I can change is cam sensor. Im going to try and pop it out without pulling intake but if not i will bite the bullet.
Im getting a little bit of misfire on cylinder 3 now and its def not drivabl . Cant even do a crank relearn as it wont rev past 3k.
