OBD2 port wiring diagram

Anybody have some info on what wires are what right at the OBD2 port? Trying to set something up and I cant find any info.

as per alldata for a 99 1500:
1. not used
2. serial data link class 2 purple
3. not used
4. ground black
5. ecm ground black/white
6. not used
7. not used
8. not used
9. serial data signal UART tan
10. not used
11. not used
12. not used
13. not used
14. diagnostic signal E&C dark green
15. not used
16. fused battery feed orange
