Default mildly built 6.0, tuning nightmare from hell...

Had a well known tuner tune this truck and for the life of me cannot figure out whats going on, maybe another set of eyes might help... atm i'd like to light the truck on fire and roll it down a hill

truck doesn't want to idle, getting random misfires at idle, generally unresponsive while driving, unless i'm doing somewhere around 58-60mph WOT then it wakes up and takes off like a bat out of hell...

getting codes P0174,P0171,P0161,P0141,P0300

evap system ran correctly, tested fuel pressure, not seeing any vac leaks ,new MAF,new O2 sensors

here's whats done

2004 lq4(rebuilt stock short block only addition is ARP fasteners)
05+ electric fans
-GM ASA cam 226/236 .525/.525 110
-nnbs intake, 87mm throttle body(torque rush xlink)
-spectre cold air intake
-Delco injectors part #12613412
Resistance 12.5 ohm
Flow
440 cc/min - 42 lbs/hr at 43psi (3BAR) of pressure
520 cc/min - 50 lbs/hr at 58psi (4BAR) of pressure

truck has a built 4l80e and a 3300 stall

Thanks in advance

Post the actual tune. The log is generally not helpful in this case. Also, dont log more than 24 channels.

What fuel pressure are you running? Is your pressure referenced?

at work atm,

But still running stock pump i was seeing 56-58psi last time i had a gauge plugged into the test port.

If i was getting low pressure why would the truck take off like a bat out out hell on wot around 58-62 mph and continues to pull hard until i let out of it?

I wasnt sure what pressure you were running. There is wrong data somewhere and I think it is the injector flow rate. Hiw certain are you that the injectors have never been modified? There are portions of your MAF that have been increased by 50%. Something is off. Don't go WOT until it is straightened out. Do you have the latest software for EFILive?

Try this. I believe this is the proper injector data. I also put the MAF and Main VE back to stock. Easy smooth throttle transitions work best. Remove some of the PIDs and only use the needed ones. Short term fuel trims would be helpful. Report back

That's more like it, all my mystery misfires and P0300 went away magically. Had me chasing my tail for problems that did'nt exist...

here's the 2 logs i took the 2nd was a little longer trip, only codes i saw so far we're p0101,p0171,p0174. hopefully did'nt drop any needed pids.

Thanks for the help, it comes much appreciated.

Been using efi to tune duramax's since 2007, but never had a desire or need to tune gas until i built my own... Guess i need to start educating myself, day you stop learning is the day you die

Glad to hear it is working better. I won't be able to look at the logs until later tonight. Do you by chance have a wideband? They make tuning much much quicker and wasier. Also they are really the easiest accurate way to adjust fueling when you are in PE mode.
