thats alot of cranking compression and would point towards cam is retarded, but youre saying the dots are lined up

afr was 12.8 i believe and timing around 27-28

heres a log for you im not sure if it has everything you need on it but its a start.

The high rpm action starts a little before frame 160

everything seems to be in line.. im seriously debating on swapping in a new cam while i have the cover off

exactly what i thought, i was hoping to find the dots off or something. But no im starting to think its in the cam grind itself, but i dont have a degree wheel to confirm

ive heard of cams being just way off from advertised, Also for that size of motor the power is down anyways with a cam that size

your this far into it, yank cam out and go with another cam
