Replace both your crank and cam sensor. Im confident it will fix your issue, and if it doesnt, they are both great maintenance items at 285,000. Theyre due for a failure soon if they arent causing your current issues.
I wouldnt expect a fuse since it started as an intermittent issue.

Yes I checked the fuses under the dash as well. And when I turn the key on it alternates every 5 seconds between the red battery and low fuel. The security light flashes when the door is open but it's always does that.

3-4 volts if I remember right.
Here's another theory and I'm gonna get **** for this but currently i just got it started and running and everything seemed fine and I got home turned it off and same problem and I checked the ignition and fuel pump relays and they were hot so I took them out and put an ice pack on them for a few mins and it started right up......I have a walbro 450 in the tank and running it through the stock harness cause my Hotwire kit I had on it burned a pin up from a bad ground issue. Think it could be causing the relays to get too hot and not work right? Cause they were hot enough to burn your finger
