So, are you altering the TPSV vs throttle % and APPV vs pedal % in the cal? For example, I believe the truck cals consider somewhere around 3.8V as 100% and the blade will not move any further once this is reached.

Would anyone know why my 2000 truck dbw system open up a newer 6 pin throttle body backwords? When i turn ing on goes to wot. As i press the pedal it closes. I have swapped every wire trying to get this to work. It only works in reverse???

Is this the pinout you are using? Swap the Green and Purple wires so that pin D is purple and pin F is green.

I tried swapping those pins and the throttle body blade jumps then stays closed. it will not follow pedal input. I can only get it to work with pedal if I swap the TAC wires but it functions backwards. (WOT to idle)). Any other way the blade just jumps then stays closed and will not follow pedal input. I am using a throttle body out of an 08 hd pickup that had a 6.0 with l92 heads. 6 pin connector as shown above.

Have only seen the aluminum blade LS2/early LS7 90mm TB used on 2000 - 2002 trucks. What codes are set when it goes into REP mode (throttle not responding to pedal)?
