Flex-a-lit fans not working!!!

I put the 34" 05 fans & rad in mine and got the complete harness with them. which was the headlights and everything up frt. I stripped out the fan wiring and taped it backup. it came with the relays and fuse block and it clips right in behind the main fuse block. had to pin one wire to computer.
