e38 2 bar OS ve table help
truck is an 08 5.3
76mm turbo
comp 222/222 110lsa
only thing that has changed is injectors zr1 map and the addition of the turbo
I'm trying to run the 2.5 bar os for the e38 pcm
truck starts and runs for 3-4 seconds then dies. I put all the maf tables back to stock and plugged the maf back up an the truck idles just fine
so I think my problem lies in the ve tables. any one want to help me get a base ve table to get me started.
(I copied and past a 06 gto 6.0 ve table and pulled 10% from it) and iv even added and pulled 10-20- and even 30% from it and it still wont stay running

Check your idle advance.
P/N has virtually 0 advance. You need to be in the area of 20-28 degrees.
Your Coastdown spark table has more advance than your Idle table. Copy the Coastdown Spark Table to the P/N and try it.
If it doesn't stay running, try adding a few more degrees of spark but I wouldn't go over 30 degrees.
If it stumbles or wants to try and idle, add more fuel to the VE table. In those idle cells, it's very very very lean.
1. Fix the P/N idle spark.
2. Add more fuel to the VE table
3. Turn off your LTFT's. They'll eventually throw off your VE table. A lot of boosted guys turn off LTFT's and use the STFT's only just because they are more accurate. Think of STFT's as what's happening with the engine right then where LTFT's are over time.
