Default A/C on idle tuning

What parts do you guys change for A/C on tuning? Mine just doesn't not seem to want to idle with the A/C compressor engaged. Even if I hold rpm to 2000 and hit the AC button it will damn near die and then kick off the compressor. Cruising down the road it will damn near freeze you out. Steady state cruise you can feel it engage pretty good but that's about it. It's like the compressor need so much juice to turn that the motor can't compensate fast enough. I've never had one do this on any of my cammed tunes.

I was having the same problem until Justin did some more tweaking on my tune. Not sure what He changed but it helped a good bit. Still can notice it ever so slightly while driving down the road. He said these compressors can require up to 30ft/lb to operate and thats why you can feel it especially on a modified engine.

Make sure it is making the a/c request when you turn on a/c. There are some a/c parameters you can change to help with your problem.

There are some tables for max min allowed airflow but there is not RAF style table for A/c on. I guess I'll try bumping up those allow tables and see what happens. I just figured there would be a hard table to tell it what to go directly to before it try's to learn. 30lbft is a good bit of bog for sure lol.

What program are you using to tune? If it's EFI Live I could look and see what cells/tables were modified.
