My question since my truck old set up 6776 turbo did full tuning. Now I changed to bigger turbo 7576 and race 4" core intercooler ok to drive under boost or need to tuning again?

Would be wise to watch data logs while driving, tuning is likely wanted.

A different bigger turbo is going to make boost and power at different rpm levels than the smaller turbo.

Like 10lb of boost on a 67mm turbo is not the same as 10lb on a 75mm, one is flowing more air than the other.

Yes, Just watch your wb and make sure it's not gonna run lean in boost. You'll have a lot more air flow now then you're tuned for.

You will need a re-tune if nothing more then to confirm your set up is fine.
The larger turbo and larger intercooler will move more air easier.
