Default 1 bank running rich

I need some help
I put new heads, cam and headers on and now bank 1 is running super rich, ltft on that bank is at 25% and stft keep rising.
so far I have tried 4 different o2 sensors that are all new, checked ohms on the injectors, cleaned the injectors, swapped injectors from bank to bank, pulled the intake to make sure it wasn't leaking, I think the grounds for the o2 sensors are on the back of the head and I changed locations and it still does it. I changed out the header gasket, tried all new plugs, ran it with the o2s unplugged and did a fuel trim relearn.
its firing as all the plugs on that bank are a black soot
not sure what else to check
any help would be greatly appecitated.

thanks, Mitch

anyone?
I am gonna work on it tomorrow and would like some other things to try.
I have checked compression, power and ground at o2, power to coil, checked all the fuses.
tomorrow I am gonna check power to each injector along with wiring.
if that all checks out then I am gonna try and borrow another set of injectors and see what that does, if that doesn't help then I might have to try another computer to see if my driver went bad

yup I have a base tune, even tried some other tunes from last year. if it was the tune I would think both banks would be running the same?
I checked all power to the injectors this morning and even listened to the injectors with a bar with the truck running and I can hear them pulsing but the truck is still running rich on the one bank.
I even swapped all coils and wires from bank to bank this morning.
not really sure what else to check. the temp sensor seems to be operating well and I unplugged it with the truck running and the truck died so don't think its the ETS. its new with only one season on it.

Most of the time the problem is with the lean side.

I have swapped everything from bank to bank with no change tho. the problem should have followed with what I have checked.
I didn't check compression on that bank tho.
I just checked pushrod length and what I am running is fine.
I will get the compression tester again and check the other bank aswell

Do a leakdown test on the rich side. Double check all the rockers. I bet you have a rocker loose or a valve is not sealing.

Also have you felt around with your hand to see if its leaking?

I am waiting to hear back from a buddy if I can borrow his leak down tester.
I cant hear a loose rocker but checking them is on my list of things to do.
are you talking about feeling around the exhaust for leaks? its cold out here and I was able to see a leak down stream from the o2 and I fixed that but cant see any other leaks

Yea, put your hand around the joints or welds to see if there are any leaks. Around the flange to the head and anywhere there is a weld or joint before the O2. Easy way to check rockers is to take off the valve cover and see if any are loose.

I checked for leaks with my hand and the other day and couldn't feel any, I also checked the rockers and all are tight.
I have a computer from a 03 dbw, can I put a licence in it and try it on my truck or is there some differences in the computers from those years?
