One bank running lean is always some sort of mechanical problem. You cant tune the sides separately on a factory PCM, so swapping PCMs wont help you any unless your current one has injector driver issues.

I have tried so many things that I am thinking it might be a driver.
The spare computer I have is a 04 so I was thinking of trying it just to eliminate the computer.
What makes me think it might not be mechanical is cause on cold start the truck runs amazing, it will run great for a couple minutes and then get worse and worse after awhile

Did you ever do the leakdown test with the gauges?

No I haven't yet
Between work and 3 kids (one of them is 5 months) I don't get much time to work on the truck, so when I do I like to have abunch of things to try. That's why I appreciate the help so I can have things ready to check
I am gonna just buy a leak down tester this weekend and check it next time I work on it, if everything checks out fine I will try my spare computer.

Have you tried keeping it in open loop? Although mechanical seems more likely with all the new parts.

I have kept it in open loop and reset the fuel trims and it still runs like poop, doesn't change between open and closed loop.
If I turn the truck off and re start it it will run ok for a about 10 seconds . If I reset the trims the A/F will run Normal for a couple seconds then the trims will go crazy

Open loop doesnt use trims....if open loop is fine and closed loop sucks its either the MAF or the o2 sensors.

Yeah I am aware that open loop doesn't read trims.
I normally have new plugs when I am in open loop at first and that's why it runs fine for abit then as the plugs foul up it starts running worse.
I am tuned in SD so no MAF and I run a diy IAT sensor in my intake tube.
I have bought 4 new o2 sensors with same result, power and ground at the o2 plug in has been checked.
I am hoping it's to cold to work tomorrow so I can grab a leak down tester and check that out. If not it's gonna be a couple weeks before I get a chance to work on it.
I get up at 430am sometimes before work so I can check things out. Lol
