From what I could find, there right at .480 lift but no one could confirm duration or LSA.
If I had access to one I could have it checked on a Cam Doctor. Supposedly this is the Oem part number for the cam you mentioned. 12625436

As for your last question, You would probably loose a little power.
You could have it re-ground though to get a little more out of it...

Because I said so...
I am just guessing that the fact that the HP rating is higher on the newer vehicles that you might lose power. Not to mention the 99 was the smallest of the cams. Of course they went to a flat top piston so who knows... As you can see with the specs I have found, they are fairly similar between the years. I can't imagine the DOD or AFM cams are much different.

Look at this article. Kind of a neat comparison on factory cams.
Look at the bottom of the article where the LSA cam is compared to the LM7. I wouldn't be surprised if that cam was the same as the AFM cam.
