Dam thats a nice trailer, and a few tips i have learned over the years pulling trailers. 1 st its easier to load your truck with the trailer connected to the tow truck, 2nd you want to sadle the weight as much as possible on the axles of the trailer 3 rd like stated before never load ur truck backwards, having more weight on the back tires than the front tires will make you trailer sway alot around 50 mph. Now since your trailer is so long you might be able to reverse the truck, but get as close as you can to the front of the trailer and if the motor is centered between both axles you should be ok but i think its better to just face the truck forward centered over the axles. And to the guy who bought the enclosed trailers holy crap you got a steal, inpaid 1,200 for a used 8x10 enclosed trailer and i thought that was a good price at the time

PJ has stepped up their game a bit. I had one years ago and it was awful...... really really poorly made. Nowdays though they seem to be a pretty decent trailer. I do hope though that wiring has improved as the crimp over splices they used in the past were utter trash.
I have a winch setup on the front of my carhauler.
It's just a receiver tube welded to an additional crossmember I had added to the frame. I like having the winch removable and able to be just used on my truck as well.
I need to extend my ramps too as the things are too damn short to be anything really useful.

Well the trailer is done for now, did some changes to it and i like it, went to the track on sunday and feels like everything works great, the crewcab could use a little more torque but other then that were good lol (here are some pictures)
welded some rings on it for the tie downs, bought some that wont let the hook get out even if they get a little lose
Longer ramps go in the side now
the location where the short ramps use to go i didnt wanted to leave 2 holes there so i covered it with this
put some led lights behind it
and some pictures where i actually use it
