i need some help to id the autograph on the hat, could be racing trucks as well

It's Reed Sorenson, He drove the #40 Fastenal car in 2008 in the Nationwide series for Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates as the owner.

Pretty sure KB said he worked on a pit crew of a NASCAR team or something like that so he's pretty involved or was...

Oh yeah, big NASCAR guy. Watch when ever I can. I did work in NASCAR for 3 years back in early 2000's. Worked for Joe Gibbs Racing as a car chief. BTW, there is nothing redneck about NASCAR these days, lol.

Nothing Redneck at all, we have two MIT grads working for us. They have more spreadsheets with pivot tables than I can ingest.
