Got a deal on L92 6.0
Its out of a 07 Chevy with 26k on the clock. Tech buddy says it got into water and has a bent rod but was drove in. He dropped it off by the shop today its a long block with pan and covers (he is letting my check out fully before i pay and a guy i work with has a magnaflux so i can check the block for cracks), pulled the heads, NO rust at all. Heads have alot of carbon build up, but look great otherwise. Tomorrow i am going to get the pan and covers off (and get some pictures so i dont get banned for lack of proof).
So does 350 bucks for it sound ok?

No idea. I know nothing about the Gen IV motors, like wtf is up with the reluctor wheel **** haha, and no knock sensors under the intake, they are on the side WTF
I am sure its a bent rod, will spin by hand then just stop. But can be turned all the way around. I was giggling like a school girl when i got the heads off. I hope to giggle again tomorrow.

I have it...and only 1 ? was needed. I am going to pay him tomorrow. Who knows of some good rods and pistons and gasket kits haha.
I gave myself 2 options, if block is good, hone and get the stuff for a stockish rebuild, or go radical haha.
