I hit him just behind the rear wheel dead center on his bumper, I was staight and he was at an angle, got underneath him and the angle of impact caused him to flip, had I not swerved I would have hit him in the driver door and it would have been worse for both of us. Atleast one of us was paying attention!

Damn, that sucks man. I had something like that happen to me to. Hit a prius that failed to yield head on. No airbags doin about 50 too. I thought that was blood all over the truck at first. Well at least your okay. I was pretty sore too.

damn it man! that looked painfull. I would talk to a lawyer asap about the airbags. they really should have came out! I am a gm tech too, and I would take legal action if it were me. if your hurt, lawyer up anyway. never hurts to have someone get you what you need after a hit like that! just my $.02

Hope your fine bro, and believe me, you don't want to feel the airbag rash after the collision, btw, did the airbag sensors got loose or something? It's really odd, cause your chassis got involved plus no airbags = shame.

Thats some bs stupid people should not drive and I know this personally from my crash and only one of my air bags went off just the passenger mine didnt luck cause I had the steering wheel to stop me but if the other bag didnt go off would have been plannin a funeral for my gf. Glad to see you are ok I would plan on gettin a lawyer anyways never hurts to be prepaired

Damn, you've had some rotten luck the last couple months! glad your ok though. Is that a Ford that you hit or a 99-02 silvy? You should be happy that the cops wrote him up too, should make your case much much easier when the insurance comes calling.
