I picked up an 07 2wd 3SS White TBSS the other day and I love it so far. I am not looking for anything crazy as it is my new DD. I figured a CAI, exhaust, E-fans, and exhaust would wake it just fine. So what are your guys recommendations on these mods and what kind of fuel mileage are you guys seeing? Thanks

Fbody efans
Basically any cai
Magna flow exhaust
Anytime you do anything to a tbss you need to get a tune. They are super touchy and run on the ragged edge of being too lean so more fuel in a tune is needed. Contact Wheatley Nelson black bear or another sponsor and they can fix you right up.

Yeah I have HPTuners so I can do it myself. lol I have a CAI already ordered, but not sure about the fans. Maybe Corsa exhaust, I like the way they sound.

I picked the TBSS up for $18,500. It has 78k miles, but the motor was replaced at 45K miles, and I have a powertrain and AC warranty to 155K miles so I think I didn't get hurt.

Nice find! I sure do miss mine! 4" PCMFORLESS cold air- didn't make any difference in the rain.

What you mean about made no difference in the rain? No rain in the filter? Does anyone know what the widest tire is that will fit on the stock wheels without rubbing?

I know I'm bumping up to a 275 wide tire (Don't remember the height off the top of my head) on my AERO. Everyone says they fit with out rubbing.

Personally like the 4inch pcmforless intake, I have the SPAL fan kit from them, 3 big wire kit, underdrive pulley, and Magnaflow exhaust is the only out of box exhaust I would put on it. That's all the big stuff for performance anyway.

Like a 275/45 or so... I was thinking a 295/40 if I it would fit.
