You guys have never seen a Saab aero ? WTF !
They are badass , I actually like them a tick better than a TBSS, the nose and the rear exhaust exit is sexy . And they are laid out on the inside . Def a nice sleeper and you prob won't see another one on the road too often .

Old thread is old, but I just found it.
I picked up a 2008 Saab Aero back in December. Since then I've done a bit of research on them. In short, they are very rare.
- Only 500 produced in model year 2008, all of which were Carbon Flash Metallic
- Only 121 produced in model year 2009, 100 were Carbon Flash Metallic, 21 were Silver (ultra-rare)
- You could only add 2 options to these trucks: in dash NAV and rear seat DVD/entertainment. All other options were included as base.
Despite the rarity of them, the value has dropped faster than the stock market in 2008. IF you can find one, they will usually sell for a solid $3-8K less than an equally equipped TBSS. In my opinion, it is a far better buy assuming you don't mind the looks of the Saab. Mechanically, they are identical.

Love the Aero's. They're coming off lease's right now so get them before they all disappear. Picked mine up in Chicago with 29k miles on it last Nov.
This is a picture of my 09 AWD right before I finished it up a couple of weeks ago. Callies 408, D1 Procharger, LVL 7 RPM Trans, LC32 Tubular front K member, and a lot lot more... Haven't had it to the track yet, but it put well over a buss in a roll race against a car that trapped 113 mph. Oh and it's my daily driver up here in WI. Great street manors and very comfy ride.
