Thanks, that will be on the end of the build. I usually buy and sell them for 1-150 complete.

Never had a comfortable thought on a regrind. Heard bad things. I have been offered a 2003 Z06 cam with yellow springs. We will see. I don't need the springs since I get drop in kite for 105$ new good for .585 lift. Gotta see if he will separate. Used z06 cams are usually 125-150 and 300 for cam and yellow springs is too much for my liking.

Found this cam and I think it would do perfect for me with a stock converter:

212/218 .522/.529 114. XR265HR-14

250$ sounds pretty good.

better than the LS6 cam. is it new, or used? assuming used at that price. I was looking for a 212/218 110LSA or similar on 110 LSA for a long time and never found one for my HD.

A 110 would make some noise. This will probably not have a idle quality that we all want, but that's not the point of this truck.

110 would put the power lower in the band. a 6.0 will swallow a 212/218 cam.
