Found one in Virginia that sounds perfect. Fresh trade in that they just listed for sale. Waiting on it to go through their service inspection then hammering out the details. Fingers crossed! Black, 8.1 liter truck with a few cosmetic mods that I would most likely have done myself so bonus lol

That's what I was thinking. On our family trips down there everything I see in Virginia looks clean, even 80's econo boxes. It's in locust grove

Yessir. Sure is. Very clean underneath, especially for a 15 year old truck. It was obviously someone's baby. Only 112k on it. Got a few minor things to sort out but I think we got a great deal. I'm happy.
And they're covering the cost of shipping it home since we ran into issues with how Virginia vs mass handles their titles/registration/insurance processes. We drove down, looked it over, and signed away for it lol.

VA is fairly simple, however when you get into trying to register out of state vehicles it gets kinda hairy..... If you paid cash for it, or even finances it they shouldve still put 30 day temp tags on it and been able to get you home on it....

They wouldn't put temp tags on it cause my insurance co won't insure it without the title. And they wouldn't release the title to me cause they said that's not how they do it there. So they're going to cover shipping it and registering through a third party tag service to make everyone happy. I'm cool with it. Saved us from having to drive 2 separate vehicles home lol.
