What is a good lift kit to raise my 97 ext cab silverado bout 4 to 6 inches? Please help.

I would jump over to FSC (FullSizeChevy forums) as they are predominantly GMT400 (88-98 1500/2500/3500) and GMT800 (99-06) with lots of info on IFS lifts for these trucks.

You don't see much pre-GMT800 related tech in here, so you might not find what you are looking for so easily.

Also, most 6" lift kits only lift 4"-4.5" and the rest is done by cranking the torsion bars.

That link is working for me guessing out dated. Anyone help with lifting my 2012 Avalanche thinking rough country 7.5 or Superlift w Bilstein 6". I see some ppl that read the article said they went with Superlift after reading it. Can I get some feedback please?
