Default 50,000 mile mud tires?

Has anybody actually gotten 50k usable miles out of a set of any mud tires?

I have right at 50k on a set of Cooper AT3's, which are very impressive in mud for an all-terrain, but i still have to spin them pretty fast to get them to tread the mud, and i have to get at least 50k out of a set of tires...... i already have 100k on my 2014.

I think it would be hard to get them to last that long without them completely being useless with only 1/4th tread left. At that point they would just slide around in the rain and be kind of dangerous. Most M/T's don't have any tread sipes and just blocks that don't grip well.

I had mickey thompson MTZs, the first ~20k was great, after that is was a nightmare.

They always sucked in snow and rain, but after 20k miles it was dangerous for me to drive in inclement weather.

Have gotten 60k out of toyo MTs on several trucks. The key to a MT is rotating and keeping the alignment right.

Most mud tires are a softer compound, than an at almost as soft as say some z, y or w rated tires then to be, if you want something that will last find an mt you like and look through the manufacturers at's, typically they have an at that has same basica tread pattern but wuth sipes and a harder compound... Perfect example was dunlop mud rovers and the rover rv(which they dont make anymore) the rv was same basic tread design with sipes and a harder compound.... I was mad as hell when they quit making the rv's!!!

I'd say toyo would be your best bet. I've seen those last a long time. Alignments and rotations are key ^^^

I love toyo ATII extremes. Aggressive looks with a longer lasting compound and 10 ply. I have gotten 100K out of them on a half ton. Their performance in the mud is about on par with any other AT. Toyo MTs are probably your best bet if your dead set on MTs.

Another vote for Toyo MT. I got around 50k out of them. Rotating them every 15k helps a lot.
