Default Next audio upgrade

About a year ago the driver side door speaker blew out in my 02 Silverado 1500 Z71 and I took it to get it replaced with some better after market ones and a sub. When I went in there I told them I really didn't care about anything other than the fact that it was functional and ever since then that's when my interest in car audio really peaked so now I'm upgrading!

Currently I have;
Kenwood 255-U Head Unit (Keeping)
Some cheap "600" watt amp the shop sold me
Random brand 6.5" Coaxial door speakers.
and a single 12" Kenwood sub in a **** box my buddy gave me.

New Setup;
Custom Silverado sub box - under rear seat (Ordered/Being Built)
Rockford Fosgate T1652 6.5" Component System (Front)
Rockford Fosgate T1462 4x6" Coaxial Speakers (Rear)
Rockford Fosgate Punch P400X4 Amp - 400W 4 Channel speaker amp
Rockford Fosgate 3sixty.3 Digital Processor
Rockford Fosgate Punch P3D4 12" 600w RMS Subs -x2 (Already have 1)
Rockford Fosgate T1500.1 Mono 1500 Watt RMS Amplifier

I'm hoping to have this setup finished by the end of the year which seems like a plausible goal considering I already have 1 of the 2 subs and the box is on its way, saving for the amps is the killer and that 3sixty.3 isn't exactly cheap either. But let me know what you guys think, I'd love to post pictures of the end result to show how it turned out.

I wouldn't dump your money into the 360 IMO. Get a nice headunit, with 3 4v outputs, and be done with it. Fosgate makes awesome equipment. That being said, its so expensive. You can find equally good, equipment for much less. I work at a shop, and install for a living, and have seen so many people come dump 2-3K in high end stuff and realize that they just payed for a name. Hell, my 100 dollar Pioneer D-series components sound better (IMO) then the 500 dollar Kicker QS Components.
