I find a place where I have 12 volts on key on. And I use these wire hook ups so I don't cut and splice my taco try harness wires.

here is mine. Hand built pod and speed hut gauges with GM needles. + an AEM one on the side.
Not 1 hole in the dash. Its all mounted and wired through the speaker.

There is a RAP (retained accessory power) underneath the dash in that little black box just to the left of the brake pedal. It will stay on with key out of the ignition until you open the door, just like the radio. I tapped in there for most of my stuff and I have a relay powering everything. I'm not sure which prong it is but you can google it to find the result!
What part number is that pillar pod? Is it with speaker for bose?
