I would seriously look at saving up for a Trick system or KBRacing.

I have the On3performance kit now. I have a 99 x-cab silverado. How do you get the intercooler to sit so low behind the bumper. The intercooler in the kit hits my bumper mounts for the frame. Any more pics of install or ideas? Overall, very impressed with the looks and weld of the kit.

Followup to this post i made a couple days ago...
For those that have purchased this kit and own a pre 03 NBS silverado, the cold side IS NOT bolt on. With the earlier trucks, the bumper mounts curl over the frame horns on both sides preventing proper clearance for the 3" charge pipe to tie into the intercooler. The way they have it mounted in their pictures on their demo truck will not work with the older NBS Silverados. The only solutions that I could come up with were to mount the intercooler almost level with the lower frame rails up inside the bumper or flip the intercooler and run the charge pipes through the headlight area. I chose to do the later of the two as my truck is lowered and i don't need another ground clearance issue. Plus this would leave the IC far from direct airflow of the radiator fans. One large thing to note with this way is tons of grinding and hacking of the grill and headlight support frame are required. It can be done though.
With any luck, ON3 will make note and give heads up in their instructions.
