Yes it did. I spent some time yesterday dialing it in at 6 psi, then i spent a lot of time dialing it in at 8 psi today. I just wanted to test as much as possible before i released results and have been very busy doing so. I am tied up right now, will try to post some dyno graphs and a video later. I still need to do testing at 10 psi which i will be doing tomorrow. These turbos do work, instant spool time, virtually no lag!!

Ok, here is an update as of right now anyway. Everything is finished except that I want to still do some higher boost testing. But, like I said, testing at 6 and 8 psi and a lot of tuning over the last 2 days, I am very excited about the results!
Below is a dyno graph which shows stock vs. 6 psi vs. 8 psi, you can see stock it made 289 rwhp and 314 rwtq, 6 psi made 449 rwhp and 458 rwtq (this is what the Precision turbos made at 10 psi by the way), 8 psi made 493 rwhp and 508 rwtq. FYI this is a completely otherwise stock 5.3 engine truck, even stock exhaust, just our twin turbo kit.
Here is a video of an 8 psi pull on the dyno:
