Default Stock truck dyno numbers

I would like to know if the stock numbers that Gm put out for my truck was made at the crank, flywheel or after the transmission. I know its not at the wheels.

Also, has anyone pulled a dyno on a simular truck to mine? results? I would like to know a good ballpark of how much Hp and tq I have at the wheels, where it counts.

Thanx!

I remember seeing something on the SPEED channel about this. The new SAE numbers are at the flywheel with the accessories mounted.
