Default Ticking Noise Coming From Wheel- Help

I took 10 Videos trying to get this ticking/crackling/sticking noise on film. The attached video was the closest I came. All the others had too much interference.

It sounds almost like rocks in the tires but, I jacked the truck up and took a screwdriver and pulled all of the rocks (even the smallest ones) out of the tread.

I have the chrome clad 20" wheels and am trying to get an idea of what is wrong before going to the dealer.

I have heard of "noise issues" with the chrome clad wheels but couldn't find anything in a search.

The sound in the video is the faint constant tick in the background. Not the slightly louder inconsistent tick of the plastic piece on the camera strap hitting the side of the camera.

It's on both sides. The truck has just over 2K miles on it. I first noticed it about 600 or so miles ago but, I think it was there before then also.

Not sure if it is black steel but I do know that it is a chrome cover.... I was thinking the same thing. It almost sounds like the glue between two plastic pieces separating slightly.

My 20in Chrome Clad wheels were doing the same thing but it seems to have gone away.
I noticed it more after I lowered my truck, I guess I was closer to the wheels? lol

Bought truck in Jan, I started hearing it in this spring, I guess that's when I lowered it and had the windows down while driving? Aound June I stopped noticing it. Maybe it will come back when the weather gets colder?? Only other thing I did which may or may not have helped I rotated the two front wheels. My truck has just under 9000 miles what are you at? maybe that makes a difference too?
