I've had one of the 2009 Chevy 4x4 LTZ 6.2L/6 speed trucks for about 4 months now. It replaced my 2007 Vmax extended cab 4x4.

I love the 6.2L, tons of power and the 6 speed works great. Stock it dynoed 320 hp and 340 lbft at the tires. I just put on a set of dynatech long tube headers today and am currently shopping around for a catback exhaust.

it's gonna be loud with a catback and lt's, i put a resonator in front of the muffler to tone mine down.
