Magnaflow works great, any thing that is straight through will work good for you. Stay away from Flomasters and the like and you will do just fine.

Ive got a 3in DP, into a 3" cutout, a long resonator, and a small IMCO muffler dumped at about the wheel well... Its all 3" all the way back. the 347 will be getting a 4" Duramax exhaust system

I took a 3" spin tech and cut the ends off of it and welded 4 ends on it and put it at the end of my 4" diesel exhaust that the only other muffler on the system was a 30" long 4" strait though magnaflow Diesel muffler, and lost 1.5 pounds of boost and about 40-50 hp cuz if the difference in back pressure it added. It quieted down the noise I had on the highway above 70 MPH, but hurt my top end and boost a LOT. I take it off at the track.
