hey Chase, just thought I would say your build looks Great.
Also I really don't think you will have any problems with the NVG-149 I was at 805 ft lbs o torque and my truck weighed 6300lbs and didn't have any problems.

i hope your right mark i plan to push it past that quite a bit though .
also just got word heads are on!! :chevy:
rockers are going to be 1.7 harlan sharps.
and this showed up today,
and unfortunatly i cant use a double roller or so im told , more to investigate tomorrow.
will also have pictures of the longblock . install should be underway by next weekend.

Only bad thing about 6 bolts per cylinder is now that the heads are clamped down so good, you no longer have that safety net of pushing a headgasket if it detonates, much more likely to take out a ring land.
But...on the bright side you can keep the heads down once you start getting in the 20psi range
I spy a big whipple, what is that for?

thats just one of the many engines at his shop , he isnt a sponser but he is on tech.
he mostly does sand rails . there is alot of cool shit there. world products blocks and such.
im not sure which whipple that is i think its the big one.
here are some pics from the shop , this rail is hand fabbed aluminum body. 30k just in body .
