Corey's a good man, I was hoping he wouldnt beat me to it but I was gonna say like a 206/212. But really as long as you get a large LSA it shouldnt lope too hard. I have a 114 on a 221 and it lopes ok, granted I want me truck to sound like a stock car. But if you want something a little more meaty like a 212/214 or something just get a Bigger LSA. Just my thoughts.
But back to the wheels.. if they are the same height with tires and all you still have 2 problems. Metal still weighs more than rubber. So no matter what the larger rim you go with the more sluggish it will be. I went from SS 20s to steel 17s and it was night and day. The steel 17s weigh probly about the same if not a little more than the 20s did and its a whole different animal. Tires are probly 1/2 to 1 in shorter but its not always overall height that makes a difference. O one last thing, like Corey said, you WILL NEED 4.10s with the bigger wheels.
that also puts me 200 rpms higher at 70mph, but i guess i really don't give a shit about gas mileage, i work in the fucking oilfield, i am basicly paying my own salary by getting shitty gas mileage..
4.10's it is....

haha if you have a good exhaust you wont really even notice a difference sound wise. Everything I've heard is if anything you'll pick up 1-2 MPG. Its when you start driving shit-head like (like me ) that you get shit gas mileage. Also get it tuned cuz thats killing me
tune will be going to my brother, he does a lot of local tunes around longview with HP Tuners. Just for referance he has a 2001 firehawk w/ heads, cam making 450whp through a 4000 stall.
