Here's some head gasket info:


Pilot Bearing for NV3500 transmissions: 12557583


Red oil pump o-ring: 12584922

Head bolt kit (does one cyl head only) for 03+ blocks: 17800568

All LSx Cylinder head Dowel Pins: 12570326

Also make note that it's either all 02+ or 03+ engine blocks use a different set of head bolts than the older ones. I can't remember now what the cutoff year is. The new style head bolts are all the same length except there's short ones that go along the top of the head where the intake manifold bolts on.

Thanks hirdlej !!! Looks Like I had most of that except the Dowel pins and the fact that the Oil pump o-ring you listed was Red in color. Updated the GM Head gasket info too...

I Just wanted to let everyone keeping an eye on this to know there are Lots of updates to the list!!! I also decided to add some of the 14 Bolt 9.5 SF part numbers I was able to come up with...

Also FYI The Valve cover gasket part number #12560696 has been superceded to #12612045 and has been updated on my list...

Is there a part number for a complete engine gasket kit that includes all of the gaskets and bolts necessary for a short block swap...specifically for an 03 LQ9?

There is, but The dealer would not give me a part number for a complete gasket kit. I have peiced most of this from buying various gaskets here and there and a ton of internet research. That how ever eludes me for the time being... Sorry Man
