Default Ranger on juice?

I have a 98 3.0 and need some input about nitrous on this motor. Is I a good idea? Can this motor handle it? ect... Thanks guys.

I'm not too sure but I think the ranger 3.0 is a pushrod just like the 4.0, and an iron block, you could probably safely run a 75shot of nitrous all day long. Ford and Chevy pushrod motors are very stout, I have an S10 and I've heard of people running 100shot all year long on stock internals. What did you have in mind?
