I was talking to Scream about this a few weeks ago. It may be kinda hard to get some good traffic in here, at least for the Dodge people. Theres 3-4 other general dodge boards out there, with one of them being the main one that all the knowledgeable techie guys post on. Then you have all the model specific boards as well. Its going to be hard to get people to go back and fourth from board to board. Why go somewhere else when everything "I" need is already on another board. Don’t take this wrong, I really do like what this site is about and I still come here looking for new info. I just think it might be hard to pull new people over here, and I know thats not your intention is to take them away from other boards, but just to get new people more involved here.

This is a cool place, but there is relatively no info here compared to delphi, and less traffic than dakota-durango.com
However I try to check here at least once a day and post a lil to keep it growing. Time will tell. I think maybe if we started activly organizing regional meets that traffic woudl pick up. The dodge community is real into physical gatherings, usually through our DTRC (dakota rt club) Regional and national meets.
If we had some stickers made up Id rock them (maybe we do, I havent looked into it)
hey maybe group parking set up at the upcomming Carlisle all truck nationals!

We're working on some simple stickers for anyone that would want them and will hold a sticker design contest in the near future.
This is honestly the way the GM truck section started off over at LS1Tech. It was one section over there and eventually got to the point where it was decided to start a entirely new website. We'd like for this site to become that way for all makes of trucks eventually. Someplace where people can come to ask any questions about any truck and get an answer.
We started off with some issues(site layout/speed) that have shifted focus from what we wanted to do but, now that those are taken care of we can start looking into getting some interest in the site going.
I really want to get the drag racing and regional sections going to help bring people together on the site and in the real world.

A website is what the members make it, thats with any brand of vehicles, on any car/truck site. We have a good site here, good intentions, and all the brands under one roof. It'll take time to get it up and swinging wide open, but one day it will be there. What I'd like to bring into play is that each of you all over here now seem level headed enough by looking at your trucks and mods, is to post any tips/tricks, success with mods, mods that are a waste of time, etc. If we all over here build it, they will come............I promise, it just takes time. You guys post up some stuff, don't be scared now......LOL
