my buddies got a 1997 dodge ram 2500hd 4wd and wants to tune it, whats the best tune he can get, btw he loves my NELSON TUNE, lol

Send him to www.krcperformance.com Tell him to call and talk to Marty and discuss his mods. Hypertechs and that crap dont work well on Dodges. Stay away from it, a custom flash is the best option. If the trucks bone stock he can get a Mopar Performance PCM for it.
