Default first kill since headers and TB

ok here we go i got the headers, ypipe, and Ported TB by Bo White. needless to say the truck is running strong. me and Nightmarechevy were headed to get a few cold ones when we pulled up beside a seemed to be stock GTP at a red light. when it turns green he gets it so i have to play catch up. he pulled on me about 3/4-1 car before i quit spinning and got moving. then it was on within seconds i was pulling on him like crazy right before it shifted out of first i walked on him to about 1/2 car then we both let out. we rolled up to the next light and the passanger side window rolls down and he is smiling and thumbs up then we get the cold ones and are heded back home when a blue 4 door cavalier with a body kit fart cans and all pulls up and gears down so i drop her in to N and give it a rev. then you here his girlfriend yell " we dont want to race" so i stomp it and go sideways into his lane and take off he than got behind me and turned off quickly does anyone know what a stock GTP runs? it was a good race expecialy since i pulled from 1 car back to pass him i think the cavalier could have beat me since we had all the extra weight

I think GTP's run high 14s stock, but I could be wrong. Nice kill John!!!!!!! Oh, I'm glad you didn't race that Cavalier. That 4-door with the fart can would of stomped your ***. You know that fart cans add like 100 hp and if they had a huge spoiler, that's another 75 hp.

Just messing with ya Jow! I've got a lot of catching up to do, you've got so many mods and well....I have uh... none!

That's cool! About running the lead sleds...uh...I've never ran my truck at the track. I'd probably have the slowest truck. But, it would be cool to meet up though. Let me know.

How do you like the ported TB? Mines getting done right now, but I had to use Shaner because he's the only one that will mess with the Drive By Wire units.

That was a classic! The cold ones probably cooled the intake charge and gave us the advantage, lol. I think I'm gonna start carrying an 18 pack under the hood from now on. If it wasn't that then the wing on that Cavalier probably cooled the air a little. That thing was the size of an airplane propeller!

I've seen stock GTPs run 15 flat in cold weather. Good kill!
