Hook up the loging software you are using and command 25-35* advance all the time.. see if problem changes.... I STILL think I would be doing a voltage drop test too.. fwiw

i guess anything is possible, but it runs pretty damn good all around except cranking over when its cold and not run for a bit. I would think it would run shitty or be off a bit on the top or bottom end.

What's the chances your OS for your PCM is wrong? Is it tuned to run on E85 which you have in there? What size injectors do you have? In yout HPT file it says you have 44 lb/hr injectors. Is this true?

Yep, and those are the injector values wheatley gave me. To run e85 i just scaled the injectors down to fool it into running at the correct fuel ratio. My trims are pretty close and my wb says WOT is around 12.8-9 so i am pretty close. It does the same thing on gas or ethanol. Not sure about the OS or how to check it. It's the original pcm that came in my truck, i bought a diff one that wheatley tuned.

Do you have a DVOM? a few quick checks we can rule out electrical....

Won't be able to tell till tomorrow... the truck is warm from driving home from work. It won't do it until it gets completely cold. Thanks for the help!
