Here I thought I didn't fit in anymore.. I have a soft spot for them single cab trucks, but I wanted something I could take my kids in, and never been big on the large car trucks for a toy, so I went this direction. Iv always loved the muscle cars, wanted a 69 camaro, 70 chevelle, or 70s nova, and I found this car. It had the body done and painted other wise I put the entire car together myself. First time ever doing anything like this, but it turned out decent. Has a lq4 in it with a 224 cam, and a 4l80e, 8.5 out back with 3.08s. Planning on a mild pump gas turbo combo for it.

The sled is the current money pit

Below is my old pride and joy - like mentioned in this thread as you get older the less you bounce!!

I hand polished this cylinder
.040 over + .4 mill crank = 270
The next motor after this was with a 330 big bore ESR jug + .4 mill stroker 350cc with trail port

jake, you and I have the same taste in cars. I couldn't afford a nice 70 chevelle SS so I settled for a 69 Camaro pro touring.

That's lookin good txsilverado, I like that fat tire you have on the back, im stuck with a 275 on mine , but I sure enjoy the water aswell, not as much for fishing for me but I like the wake boarding and tubing alot.
