Default LSX valve covers on "non LSX"

I found a really good deal on some GM LSX 376 valve covers.
question is, is it cheesy to put them on a non LSX engine?
it is a 6.2 so the 376 part would at least be legit.
I just really like them because they are top notch quality and a good deal.
What do you guys think?

Thats a sick truck you got there! I know its my ride, i only ask because I straight up dont know if it is going to work with the truck. I dont wanna throw parts at it that dont belong there. I see tons on people with LSX stickers and licence plate frames, but thats kinda different especially on yours because thats a completely different level of build.

Coil pack relocation is the only forseable thing you would need. I'm not sure how those valve covers are set up for pcv.

Oh sorry I mean "fit" as in not look out of place, considering its not an actual LSX. I understand they will physically bolt on, already have a coil relocation kit in the mail. We will see tho, lots of options out there. I just dont want some cheap sheet metal ones that are going to leak all over the place.

I have a LSx badge on my tailgate but I don't have a actual LSx block.
I don't really care what people think, I like it and that's all that matters

What valve covers do you have? I have some Holley valve covers if you want to trade. They mount the coils directly to the covers and would work on your motor.

Ok I'm confused I thought LSX was just a General description of all LS engines.

some people say LSX as a general platform...then there is the actual LSX block.

I have the LSX badges and even a keychain...... I look at it as a lot of even the aftermarket has taken it being a generic description. I am putting valve covers on my one 6 liter that look like the LSX ones but just say Chevrolet instead...... And I have also detailed that block to look like the LSX because I like orange and the machined edges is a nice touch. I say do what you want..... no one in the end is really going to care.
