Any closeup to see what the fitment looks like. Is the front part of the hood functional? I like it. Fiberglass?

The truck is only like 10% complete. Getting a "Raptor" make over. Calling it an "Outlaw" package and it will be available through a few local Chevy dealers here (by us) for the 2015s.

Lift kit, rims tires, custom side steps we're doing, custom flares we're doing, custom spoiler we're doing, custom CHEVROLET grill (like the Raptor's FORD grille) we're doing, custom side exhaust we're doing, custom bull bar we're doing and "OUTLAW" graphics package.

The hood is EXTREMELY functional. The underside is all channeled so ALL the underhood heat goes out the back of the hood (not completely out, just vent in the hood) INTO the hood and out the top vents. High speed cooling I saw a 20* temp drop. 10* stop and go.

Wow, I'm certainly glad designers and aftermarket companies don't think that way. No one would have thought this...

...could become this...

But thankfully it did. What's rice about taking a stock Silverado and giving it more aggressive GM styling (GM style hood, foglights, spoiler, rims, etc...) because as a GM I'm tired of Chevy getting it's *** handed to them in the styling department by Ford?

where did you get the insert for the hood? i have thought about this on a 00-02 body. I'm just soo tired of the old, worn out, everybody's got one cowl hood.
I want like a 3inch cowl with the ZL1 style vents. Especially since im running the LSA supercharger. Kinda seems appropriate.

We made it from scratch based on measurements. I had an OEM piece but it was too long, too deep, wrong shape, etc... so what you see what made completely from scratch, even adding the material so it protrudes above the cowl and looks like an insert.
