Took second place at Fl vs Ga street truck race.
Made a trip to Georgia, for the Florida vs Georgia street outlaws race. I ran my truck in the street truck class. I made it to the final round and lost to very fast pro touring s-10 blazer. I lost by about two car lengths. Track wasn't hooking great(it was no prep race), so I had to turn it down on the launch, and ramp power in as fast I could. My semi final round I was put in left lane and I was hayzing tires all the way down the track. I got whole shot and just stayed in it even when I was against the wall(the truck I was racing was a mid 90s full size with big block, beautiful truck). So when final round came around I had lane choice, so I chose right lane . I knew s-10 was a full second faster than me, so I put him in the slower lane. I also added some more power for this run also. All passes throughout the day were on 19lbs of boost. My final run I made sure I treed him. Then once I got out into second and truck was straight, I hit my scramble boost which bumped me up to about 23lbs of boost. This definitely closed the gap up by .5 seconds, but not enough. And it was my best pass of the day(a 6.5@115).
