boy did i get my *** handed to me tonight. it was sweet though. i was sitting at a light and i look over past a minivan and there was a ss camaro sitting there. well i couldn't tell that it was a ss at first. so after the cop went flying by the other way the light turned green. i kinda took off smooth and slow so did he then i rolled into it. i seen the guy look over for a second so i stomped it and so did he. oh man did he leave me behind. his car sounded like it never shifted and stayed at a constant rpm. so i stayed in it anyway for ***** and giggles and about 120 i started to catch him. he had let out of it of course. when i got beside him i was doing about 120 and he stomped it and just walked away like nothing. we got stoped at a light. he said he had 525 at the flywheel. he said he had cam heads underdrive pullies everything. i told him i was building something for my tahoe he was like thats alot of weight lol. i said yeah but it fits the family. i told him i had a yank 3000 in the hoe and he said he had a 3600 in his. nice guy. the light turned green and we both hammer it for the first say 20 feet i was neck and neck with him then after that as i here his tires trying for dear life to gain traction he walked away. it was great though because during all this i stomped a ford focus that tried to take off as i went by him lol. i had to turn i gave a honk he gave a wave and went after the ford focus again.

old *** thread i know but i just came acrossed it again. i forgot to post that about 2 months after all this i wound up actually tuning the guys car for him. he had dying issues which i took care of for him. kinda crazy how it works out.
