Talking 2 mustangs and a raptor svt... My first victims!

On my way from El Paso Texas to Birmingham Alabama I made a pit stop in Lubbock for the day to hang out at TES and get my Tahoe tuned! Pretty happy with the results, considering it's completely stock except for the spike turbo kit I installed along with a pricision 74/75 turbo! Truck put down right over 500rwhp at 10psi and we tuned it for 8psi until I do some supporting mods, so I'm more than happy with 450hp and 500tq to the wheels for now! The crew over at Total Engine Service were super cool too! David, Mitch, and Mark were awesome! Anyways on my way outa there I ran across a newer mustang gt not sure if it was a 5.0 or not but I had no problem beating him! He actually didn't try to race me again after a 50mph pull! On the other side of Dallas I ran across a rator svt that was game, and to my surprise it seemed to be faster than the Mustangs! Not sure what he had done to it,but that thing pulled pretty good from 65 on up! Still no match for the Tahoe though! My last victim was a mustang in Mississippi that was just a loud slug! No match whatsoever! Out of them all the raptor svt was the fastest, not sure why? But around 70 when I would let him punch it first he would pull a little, maybe half a truck, then I would come past him around 95+! Just a little fun I had on my 1500 mile road trip I figured I would share.

Yeah I'm sure those 5.0 are fast.... I'm actually trying to pick up a complete ly6 motor and 4l80 tranny from a guy out here in Birmingham! If I can work it out I'm gonna drop it off at TES in Lubbock on my way back and let them build it for me. My goal is to be around 750 to the wheels when I'm done. Trucks pretty heavy, around 5500 I think. 750 should be pretty fun!

Yeah it's real fun at 450! I got the tial 44 open vented, so it's pretty awesome when that thing opens up!

Yeah it dumps under the cab. I have it facing out to the drivers side and it's loud as hell when it opens up around 8psi! Especially when your next to someone! Haha! Other than that it's pretty quet. I have a 3" pipe run straight back to a magnaflow muffler and I still have the factory resonator on it.

Good kills. If you got a raptor lowered it and dragged it think the result would be different? Im shocked no 1 had done this to a raptor yet

I don't think the results would be different. I was letting him hit it first and then I was hitting it, so around 70-75 he would pull about 3/4 of his truck on me but that was it.. I would come past him after that. Those trucks are pretty quick though, not sure about a dead stop, but they'll run out on the highway! Idk if the guy had anything done to it, it sure ran like it did! I told Mitch, the guy who tuned my truck out at TES in Lubbock, about it and he said those things are pretty wicked with a supercharger on them! He said it doesn't take much to get 600+hp to the wheels with forced induction on those trucks.
