Alright so after putting the truck back together I am having some codes for the knock sensors I replaced. I replaced the harness as well.

P0337 - Knock sensor 1 Circuit low
P0332 - Knock sensor 2 Circuit low

Whats funny is I am not getting any knock when I data log. I thought when the sensors went bad or werent sending any signal at all they would trigger all sorts of knock.

I have been debating backing off my sensor sensitivity. My thinking there is the large cam and injector combo could be too much for factory settings. I dont want to back it off a ton, but just enough to get by. Do you think there is any chance this solves my issue? I will also double check the connection of the new harness... but its hard to mess that up lol. I dont put anything past myself though.

Alright here we go. Had lots of issues but hey, a new PB is a new PB. I'll take it.

I ran this weekend as well. They were only open for the 1/8 mile due to the wind...

Couldn't string together any passes that were clean from start to finish, but I did muster a new best. 7.14 @ 97.50. My 102mm throttle body just flat wouldn't work... REP every time I keyed on. The TPIS is a giant pain in the dick for me on the Gen III PCM. That was a huge kick in the *****. I saw a max of 207 KPA for a split second before it would roll over. I am confident it would have been higher with the 102, and it wouldnt have rolled over on the top end.
I couldn't get traction on most passes, but when I did I managed a 1.56 60'! I did a pretty gnarly AWD burnout to soften up the drag radials. That helped a lot apparently. Unfortunately on that pass I slammed my rev limiter on the 1-2 and 2-3 shift. That hurt me big time but I still tied my best pass for the day. That is the pass in the video. On the other passes I was short shifting 1st gear to the tune of 750-1000 RPM depending on the pass. Brutal...

The image is from a pass with a short 1st gear shift. Kind of crazy it netted me the same exact time, to the thousandth, as hitting the rev limit on 1-2 and 2-3.

Here's the video of it. This pass was by far my strongest with exception to the shift issues (Which you can clearly hear and see in the video). I fed it more timing and it loved it. Looking at my logs I am really confident I would have been in the low 7.0x and over 99MPH. I think the 102 would have gotten me where I truly wanted to be. That's over 100 and sub 6.

congrats on the new PB, wish I was there to see it.

it's also exciting that theres more on the table so to speak, with the addition of a TB and traction. I forgot if you told me this on the phone... did you run open TB?

Truth be told the vid is cool but...
the only video we want to see is the awd burnout

Why was it hitting the limiter on the shifts, tuning or trans problems? How much timing were you running? Air temps?

Nice times!

I think I missed seeing that run. Truck moves out though dude. Too bad we weren't running the quarter mile.

Thanks!

I adjusted for tire size in HPT and something got screwed up. You know how it is trying to adjust that **** at the track...

Testing the waters a little. I may need to make room for something bigger.

I always desensitized my knock sensors.

My theory was to run good fuel at all times to prevent detonation in the first place. If you rely on knock sensors at high power levels and detonate the motor is likely blowm already
