Supercharged,straight axled 03 2500hd

A few new things going to be done shortly, heavily built 4l80e with a hardened input shaft and a few big mods...should hold some big power. Precision industries vigilante triple disk 2600 which should work perfect with my cam. Also a reman np241 from transfercase express replace the one in my truck that jumps out of gear. Plus going to do a new rear Main seal/cover and flexplate. Last the driveshaft I have now has vibes, so I ordered an aluminum 5 inch .125 wall from driveshaft specialist in texas. The 5 inch is what they run on high hp/torque duramax, Cummins and powerstrokes. So that should fix that all up and make that part of the truck bullet proof.

Before we get into the catchcan i need to say how much i appreciate all the help from you and mark. Hands down an awesome pair of guys to deal with and get help from....i'll say it again..Thankyou.
Onto the catch can, i have about 200 miles on it now and not a drip of oil in the tube like before. Nothing in the catchcan tho either tho, i'll keep an eye on it and let you know for sure. David was great to deal with and set me up with a real nice setup, probably like you have pat but your kit has larger hoses to take more power.

Just finished up the trans install, went pretty easy. The xmember came out pretty easy, exhaust needed to be removed tho and that part sucked. 1st test drive the speedo didn't work, trans shifted tho. The speed sensor in the new transfercase was bad, swapped it out and it's all good now. Shifts beautiful, I put about 25 miles on it to get some heat in it and it's great.

Mark did a fantastic job, shifts great, looks great and awesome customer service. ..he's a great guy. I can't thank him and pat enough..!! From the little I drove it the truck seems to move better, the converter is noticeable only tho when your on the throttle. Around town it's nice and smooth

With that converter and the new trans it made a huge differance, i'm overly impressed. I have about 75 miles on it now and i can't say enough about how much better it is. The temps were in the 80s here and the trans temp was about 100 degrees. My stocker would of been 150 or so. My wide band also was stuck at 14.7, looks like the 02 sensor went bad. I replaced that and its all good to go. Next tho my iat sensor in the supercharger went bad, i have been clearing the code everyday so i need to do that job asap. I need to find out for sure the sensor #, i keep seeing there is an old # and a new # but i'm not sure. I might just have to call magnuson.

The transfer case I had b4 was a np241c, it used to have a nv263. When I straight axled the truck I needed a flat front output flange, the 263 is slip yoke front. That won't work, so going thru specs the 241 and 263 are pretty close in everything except chain width which is 1/8 inch wider. Not a big deal since strength is about the same. To bolt this to my 4l80 it has to be 32 spline, thats either 4l80 or nv4500 from 3/4 ton trucks. For the flange style front out put i believe its from a 94. This case this time is from transfercase express and is a reman unit with warranty. The last one was a junkyard donor.
The stock rear shaft on my truck was a 3.5 steel tube with 1410 joints. I had it redone a few years ago, rebalanced a few times and it vibes from 55-70. I called around and ended up buying a 5 inch aluminum shaft 72 inches long from driveshaft specialist in texas. Its all 1410 spicer life joints with the coated slip yoke. All my vibes are gone and trucks over 1200hp and 1500lb of torque run em so I know it's strong. Here's 2 pics...Why they are upside down tho is beyond me..lol.
