Default RCSB LQ4/80E swap... Take two

This will be chronicling my swap the second time around. I installed this engine and transmission in my 2000 RCSS in the fall of 2014. Had a mishap last April, truck was totalled. I bought my current truck 10 days later, and have been slowly swapping over parts and making improvements. My 60E took a dump last night, so no time like the present...

My old set up was:
2004 LQ4/80E (approx 50K -ish miles)
TPiS ZL10 camshaft with LS9 springs (202/216 .525)
LS9 head gaskets and ARP head bolts
87 octane street tune
8.1L 31# injectors
Magnaflow muffler in the stock cat back, factory manifolds and cats
Airraid MIT
F-body efans
Factory 3.73s and G80 gov bomb

This go around, I am upgrading a few things:

EPS cam (214/220 .604) and BTR dual springs
BTR trunion upgrade
2011 4.8/5.3 intake manifold and NW 92mm TB
Speed Engineering 1.75" LTs
2.5" mandrel bent lead pipes into 2.5 dynomax race bullets
DI/SI Magnaflow CB off of my old 96' (dual 2.5" in, single 3.5" out)

I have already installed 4.10 gears and a Yukon duragrip in the rear axle.

Hoping that the changes will be drastic enough to convince myself to stop modding my daily driver.

Worked on the intake manifold this afternoon. I'll have to go back over the intake manifold swap threads to find a solution for the evap line. The 8.1L injectors fit the fuel rails just fine. Need to work out a bracket for the Corvette fuel line and filter as well.

It started raining, so no deconstruction today.

Get the evap purge line bad solenoid from an nnbs intake they bolt right in and mate right up, as far as the bracket for the vette filter, i used the ground bracket deal it had on it and wanna say bolted it to fuel rail bolt, but i also have an ly6 intake so fuel rail bolts are on outside of the rail whereas the cathedral port is inboard of the rail....

Do yourself a favor and route the fuel line on the other side possibly even under the crossover fuel rail and get it out of the way of your coils

I took your advice, it doesn't seem as cluttered now. Not seen in the picture, I found a spare 3/8" fuel line clamp from one of my Chevelles. It fits over the line perfect, and provided a bolt hole that matches up with the bracket on the fuel filter. I put a nut and bolt through it finger tight to test fit everything.

Dug out the engine and transmission today. Got the cam changed, will swap the springs and do the trunion upgrade later in the week. The engine is still spotless inside.

Valvesprings are swapped, started doing the trunnions. My snap ring pliers suck, so wasn't able to complete that part of the job. Hoping to have the engine buttoned up by next weekend.
