Yeah, I pulled them off last year, and had the truck machine detailed and opti-coated.

Truck looks good as always! Cant wait to see some times out of that thing!

I hate asking because it gets old seeing everyone ask tire setups, but I am going to anyway. I am doing a coil over front end swap next week. My truck is still at stock height. How much of a drop do you have and what did you do for tire size? I am at stock height for the SS. I think the front will drop around 2" and the rear 3-4". Should be good. Not sure if I will still be able to run my 305/45/22's but i will find out.

I am going to put 4 Dr's onto an extra set of stock 18's that I picked up for the track. Hopefully with the caltracs, coil front end and 4 dr's I will be able to hook off the line. But I still want it to look halfway decent. Just curious.

Mine is a 3/4 drop. 2" spindles and turned the keys to drop it another inch up front . The rear has 2 inch shackles and 2" hangers . Tires are 285 / 50 / 20 nitto 420's.

Well everything arrived safely put a new 40k trans cooler in , got the old Trans out new Trans in and went to put the transfer case on the back of the Trans but doesn't want to slide on. Anybody ever have this problem? Threw in the towel at 2am and hopefully tackle it tomorrow.

Did this thing get going yet? Track times? I'm dying to see what your setup ends up running.

I just had to do a refresh in my 80e. Lost the 3rd gear clutches and thrust washers in the rear planetary. Sucked. I guess they are not indestructible like I thought.

I am headed to the track labor day weekend. Hoping to see a 10.99 at the end of the event, but I am not going to be anywhere near 22psi like you. They are going to kick me out once I run a 11.49 or faster. So I am going to stick to 1/8 mile runs until I get everything dialed in right, and then make a glory run. LOL.

I try to keep all my **** local. It cost me 500 bucks to ship my converter to Precision from Alaska and back after the Trans **** the bed. Shipping and fuel up here about kills the sport. I love being in AK. sometimes....
