I was stationed at Ft. Stewart for 6yrs and the Crab Shack has the best seafood ever!

Taking those side moldings off can be a PITA! I recently did it to my 08 CC VorteMax and started wet sanding it.

Before: (The truck is shiny but you can see the orange peel and how it has a sloppy reflection.)

After: (You can see a crisp reflection)

The point of no return....During:

I managed to get a piece of it off and got it cleaned but the longer ones have paint damage on the outline of the molding. Took it to a local body shop and they told me I need to get it painted. The outline was down to the base coat :/

News for the truck. I'm looking into coil spring and hangers to have a 2/4 on stock 16"s. I'm aircraft paint stripping them and west sanding from 400 grit all the way to 3k and polishing them out. College student funds are tight lol

I ordered my 2/4 drop and that's going on next. I'll post pics after. Ralph is getting closer to being where I want him.

Im really digging the pewter and dark grey wheel combos. anyone know any wheels that would look decent. im looking for a very mature wheel. not dubs,no thin tires just a nice clean crisp wheel that will make the truck look better. I really dig the dark charcoal titans. I think the black caps and my dark grey performance trucks sticker will really set them off. If i were to get those I would run a 275/50/18 tire with white lettering. (i know everyone hates. but i think it will tie it together.
any recommendations will be really helpful

Yes the Beast is straight *** awesome. I've got and had a lot of badass cars but the Beast put a big grin on my face everything I drive it. People can't believe it run so good. Your truck is coming along good too. When you get ready for some performance let me know.
